Ok...I went (great blog) I tried.I spent a long time at the art store. I got overwhelmed with choices.I left.
ReplyDeleteEnd of sad sad story.
nice idea sure is hard to make a choice but in the end art is really personal and the photo of the "painted ladies" does it for me .... my grandmother grew up not three blocks from there and the image brings back memories of sitting with her and hearing stories of the great quake and living outside after while the fires took over the city ....
ReplyDeleteJoni, I'm behind this week & just saw the lantern/fan post. Oh my gosh! That was hilarious. Ben is such a good sport to let you post all of that about him. Hubbies are so much the same aren't they? We've had our own battles over certain things too & it's all about compromise. My hubby has a smaller version of that fan in his office & that's OK with me.
ReplyDeleteI need to know, which house belonged to mother and which belonged to daughter? and People magazine wants names too. :)
ReplyDeleteU.S. residents only - ARGH!
ReplyDeleteOh well, I went to look at the art anyway...
xo T.
I spent most of the afternoon looking at art instead of working-such a better way to pass the the day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool contest. So hard to choose.
